Step 4 – Pay your Pink Promise Brunch Vendor Fees ($300/booth)
On April 16, 2016, the Grand Ballroom of the Overland Park Convention Center will be filled with more than 1,200 Pink Promise Brunch attendees. Attendees will include Board members, sponsors, volunteers, and Komen Kansas City supporters all there to celebrate and honor survivors, community partners, medical professionals and corporate partners that are making a difference every day in the fight against breast cancer.
This one-day event gives our attendees the opportunity to laugh, rejuvenate and learn tips on leading a better lifestyle. There will be displays, demonstrations, activities, prizes and entertainment for all who attend. This one-day event gives small businesses a wonderful opportunity to showcase their services and products to a large number of potential customers. By participating as a vendor you can make a lasting impression on hundreds of attendees.
The Pink Promise Brunch will begin with an Retail Therapy Expo, which allows attendees to become personally acquainted with your products/services and to interact with the amazing work done by Komen Kansas City grantees – community based organizations that provide education and outreach, screening coordination, and support and treatment for breast cancer.
Space will sell out! We invite you and your business to be a part of the great growth of Susan G. Komen Greater Kansas City. Fill out your vendor application to capture space and so we can begin promoting your business as a part of this event.
The Pink Promise Brunch Exhibitor Package
Starting at $300 (all booths include the following)
- 8’ skirted table (with black table covering) and two chairs
- Listing in event program
- Visual inclusion and live link to your website on the Pink Promise Brunch webpage
- Promotional Flyer/Invitations to distribute Need electricity
- $60 Need Wi-Fi
- $50 Need Electricity
- FREE” Donate an item for the goody bag for additional exposure
($10 minimum value with a 1,000 pieces needed by April 1, 2015)

How much does it cost to be a vendor?
Cost for the booth space is $300. If electricity or Wi-Fi is desired, vendor must indicate that on the Vendor Booth Agreement form (Sent after your online application is accepted). Vendors will then be contacted directly by the Overland Park Convention Center (fee paid directly to OPCC). Additionally, all vendors must sign a letter of agreement with the Komen Greater Kansas City Affiliate.
Can a vendor request to have additional booth space?
Each approved vendor is guaranteed one booth space. Additional tables and/or booth space are available upon request for the same rate. Requests for additional booth space should be noted on the vendor application.
When will shopping be open at the brunch?
Shopping time is from 900A – 1100A & 1230P – 100P. There will also be a short shopping time during brunch, but out of respect for our survivors, speakers and entertainers, shopping will be closed during program events. Vendors may not tear down prior to 1:00 p.m.
How many attendees are expected at the Brunch?
Approximately 1,200 guests will be in attendance.
How much space are vendors allotted?
Each vendor is guaranteed one booth space (approximately 10’ x 10’) and one 8’ skirted table. If a vendor has their own table they would like to use or would prefer not to use a table at all, that is fine. Those requests can be made on the vendor application.
When will vendors be able to set up their booths?
Vendors must set-up the night before the Pink Promise Brunch from 700P – 9P. Booths must be ready for selling by 830A, April 16, 2016.
Will we be served lunch?
If you would like to sit at a table during the brunch – you are more than welcome! Tickets are $35/person (or $45/person if purchasing closer to Brunch), they are available for purchase online. Otherwise, feel free to bring a sack lunch with you to the convention center.
